Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Honeycomb private alpha, operated by Jordan Moradian.
Using the service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect access to your phone, and use the service only for lawful personal language learning.
The product is an experimental private alpha. Features, schedules, availability, and supported languages may change, pause, or end as the service develops.
Texts, calls, and recording
When you select “Send a code,” you request a one-time authentication SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Authentication messages are not marketing messages.
Tutoring requires separate, affirmative consent for automated calls and call recording. You can withdraw those permissions in the product; doing so pauses future tutoring calls. Optional recap SMS requires its own opt-in.
AI-generated tutoring
Tutoring responses and learning notes may be generated by artificial intelligence. They can be incomplete or wrong and are provided for language practice, not medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, impersonate another person, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, or use calls and messages to harass others. We may suspend access to protect people, providers, or the service.
Privacy and ownership
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You keep rights in content you provide and grant us the limited permission needed to process it for the service. The product, branding, software, and original materials remain owned by their respective owners.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The alpha is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the alpha. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
